Co-founder and Managing Director of Longview Capital, he has over 30 years of experience in investments. He began his career at Hedging-Griffo, where he became a partner and took part in the structuring of Brazil’s first Fund of Fundsin 1995.

Throughout his career, he has worked at financial institutions in Brazil and abroad, including GP Investimentos (formerly Utor Investimentos), GFIA Pte Ltd (Singapore), and Claritas Investimentos. More recently, he was the partner in charge of the investment area at BTG Pactual Wealth Management and Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo Wealth Management, before founding Longview Capital.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from EAESP-FGV and an MBA from INSEAD (France/Singapore).

Partner at Longview Capital and co-responsible for investment analysis and selection, he has over 10 years of experience in the financial markets. Prior to joining Longview, he worked as Portfolio Manager & Fund of Funds at UBS Wealth Management Brazil between 2021 and 2024, where he was responsible for investment allocation and analysis.

He previously served as a Senior Middle Office Analyst at the same institution from 2017 to 2021. He began his career in 2014 at Consenso Investimentos as an Operations Analyst, before joining UBS Consenso.

He holds a degree in Finance from the Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo.

He is currently an Intern at Longview Capital, working in the Technology and Data Engineering area, where he leads the development of systems and pipelines for the automation of financial reporting. He focuses on database architectureand the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions, leveraging DevOps infrastructure practices to ensure process efficiency and scalability.

He is an Engineering student at the Escola Politécnica of the University of São Paulo (Poli-USP).

Senior Advisor da Longview Capital, Eduardo acumula mais de 25 anos de experiência no mercado financeiro, com atuação no BTG Pactual. Na instituição foi MD Partner e liderou a equipe de Renda Fixa da mesa proprietária/FICC. É graduado em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) e em Direito pela FMU, além de possuir pós-graduação em Economia pela FEA/USP.

Partner at Longview Capital, she serves as Director of Risk and Compliance. With nearly 15 years of experience in the financial market, she began her career at Itaú Unibanco and later moved into tax consulting at Deloitte, focusing on services for expatriates.

In 2017, she joined the Partnership Office at BTG Pactual, providing strategic support to partners and associates across multiple fronts. She has expertise in individual income tax, as well as tax and estate planning, advising both Brazilian and foreign clients.

She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting and Controllership from FEA/USP, and a lato sensu postgraduate degree from FIPECAFI.

He is a Business Administration student at Ibmec São Paulo and an Operations Intern at Longview Capital, with previous experience in investment funds back office at Comdinheiro.

He currently supports the main Risk and Operations workstreams, being responsible for monitoring operational processes and implementing new portfolio control systems, applying a technical mindset to optimize and automate workflows while ensuring data integrity.
